Olympia Technicians will clean and condition all rubber and moving parts inside the ATM and make finite adjustments to improve overall ATM performance. Our proactive approach ensures continuous operations and longevity for all ATM’s in our care.

Olympia has the expertise to provide PM services on ATM’s, cash recyclers, commercial cash dispensers and various brands of bill counters. Preventative maintenance programs extend the life of equipment and defer the need to capitalize new equipment.

Olympia Technicians are well trained in assessing which locations are best suited for the installation of an ATM, noting such factors as traffic, proximity to windows and doors and the overall security of the location. All ATMs are required to be bolted to walls and/or floors. Olympia also can provide additional security measures such as our Strongbox™ Alarm System and Steel Security surrounds in higher risk and/or public spaces.

Olympia provides a monitored cash loading service on weekdays and emergency cash loading on weekends. Monitored cash loading ensures that no ATM runs out of cash and supports a proactive vs. reactive approach to the cash loading of ATMs.

Many retailers prefer that Olympia is responsible for ATM cash loading which allows them to focus on day-to-day cash and inventory/purchasing requirements.

Olympia provides all our customers a secure username and password to their ATMs, so transaction and bank deposit data can be acquired from the comfort of their own desk. We believe that transaction processing and reporting should be completely transparent with our customers.

Olympia has a large warehouse of components and parts from various brands of ATMs. To reduce costs where warranted we will use used and/or refurbished components to reduce overall costs for our customers.

Olympia also has a large inventory of refurbished ATMs since many sites are happy to install used equipment that saves considerable costs. Olympia provides limited warranties on used equipment and service plans to ensure continuous operation.
