Most ATMs for most locations don’t cost anything for the business as Olympia supplies all the equipment and service and pays a commission to the location. Some businesses like to purchase their own ATMs however with costs ranging from $1,000-$5000. Olympia maintains a used and new inventory of various models of ATMs.
The amount of revenue you can make from an ATM depends on transaction volumes at the location and the amount of commission that is negotiated. Generally speaking a location can make between 30% and 100% of the surcharge that customers pay to use the ATM.
Olympia also provides the Strongbox alarm system which incorporates an extremely loud audible signal and GPS tracking to prevent theft and to improve security.
Olympia can provide reports for a fee however we also provide our customers a username, password and instructions which allow our customers to access a range of reports regarding their machine performance, transaction volumes, amount paid to their bank accounts, etc.
When the ATM is installed it is programmed to make deposits directly into your bank account. Deposits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
If Olympia owns the ATM, all repairs and maintenance are our responsibility. If a site owns their own ATM, but wants Olympia to maintain it, we can charge an hourly rate plus parts or provide a maintenance contract for service, which is typically $0.15 per transaction, so the customer is never “out of pocket” for repairs and maintenance costs.
Olympia offers ATMs that can be wall mounted for locations that have limited space. Wall mounted machines are esthetically pleasing and fit with many motifs that a client site may have.
